At Trade Bridge, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure the best experience for our traders. Please review the following guidelines before making any purchase:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- App Malfunction: If the trading platform or app is not functioning properly due to technical issues on our end.
- Purchased by Mistake: If the account was bought by mistake and no trades have been placed yet.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds are not applicable after passing any evaluation phase.
- Fees paid for re-evaluation attempts or account resets are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during registration.
